Photography/Pottery Show
Mark your calendars for the 23rd and 24th of October from 12 Noon to 6 PM. I will be joining a friend of mine, Alisha for a Photography and Pottery Show at the Songbird Studio in Lambertville, NJ. This is a unique combination and I am certainly excited about it. All Pottery and Photography will be for sale throughout that weekend. This show would primarily feature my photojournalistic work from India, Nepal, Spain and the like.
I will also have coffee table book featuring my photography from around the world.
Alisha will be featuring her raku demonstrations during the show! As she said, “Autumn is a fabulous time of year to do raku especially as leaves are readily available for the process”. It is quite an intriguing process – with the kiln fired up to 1800 degrees !!

A good buddy of mine, Ryan Jackson, completed a wonderful rendition of my adorable niece as a charcoal image and I was blown away by the outcome. He truly is a gifted man !!

Here are a few old images made at a Indian Classical Recital a few years ago. They just caught my eye again. I intend to do some parallel dance style images with varying dance genres. We’ll see what happens.
